VEGAN-A-PORTER brings customers beautiful vegan products from the finest independent Retailers around the world.
VEGAN-A-PORTER only selects Retailers whose Products meet its values and commitments and allows them to offer their Products for sale directly on the Website in return for the payment of a commission that is not charged to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify such changes to you by uploading details of them on the Website. You should review the Terms periodically for changes. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms then please do not use the Website.

Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order through us. These Terms set out the terms and conditions on which you may make use of the Website. They tell you who we are, how we will provide Products to you, how you and we may change or end the Contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. 1. General Terms
1.1 – The products displayed on the VEGAN-A-PORTER online shop merely represent a non-binding invitation to you to order goods from us.
1.2 – By submitting an order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
1.3 – The acceptance of the offer by us will be the delivery of the goods ordered. The automatically generated order confirmation e-mail does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely documents that the order has been received. The decision about whether to accept an offer is at our own discretion. If we do not execute an order, we will inform you of this immediately.
1.4 – If we determine during the processing of your order, that the products you ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail. A contract for the unavailable goods will not take place.
1.5 – We sell our products exclusively to end users who are at least 18 years of age, and only in commercial quantities.
1.6 – New customers will automatically be added to the VEGAN-A-PORTER mailing list which can unsubscribed from on receiving the first newsletter.
2. Voluntary Exchange Option
2.1 – We will give you whatever legal rights you are afforded to volunteer to return items purchased from us. Then you can return any and all products purchased from VEGAN-A-PORTER online store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, free of charge, using the enclosed postage returns sticker. The product should be complete and in an unused and undamaged condition.
2.2 – In addition you are entitled to the rights outlined in section 3 (statutory return policy).
3. Statutory Return Policy
3.1 – Return of goods: You are entitled to return goods within 14 days without any reason. The 14 day period commences upon your receipt of the goods. This revocation period is sufficient to return goods. The return is at our own cost and risk.
3.2 – Consequences of return: In the case of an effective return the mutually received benefits are to be returned as well as any other benefits conferred. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if, upon inspection, the level of deterioration is comparable to that which would be reasonably expected in a retail store. In addition you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by avoiding using the goods in any way, and omitting everything which impairs their value.
3.3 – Note on exceptions: The right of return does not apply to goods that are made to individual customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. Our legal liability due to quality defects remains unaffected.
4. Delivery / Shipping Costs
4.1 – There is no minimum order value.
4.2 – The delivery charges are subject to weight and priority of the order and will be added before payment.
4.3 – Dispatch of orders may take place up to 2 business days after the order is placed, and upon verification of any data you provide.
5. Pricing & Payment Methods
5.1 – The price charged will be that specified at the time the order is placed. All prices include legally applicable sales tax for Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
5.2 – There are options on the method of payment for goods, according to the propsed payment method at checkout and the conditions specified therein. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods depending on the verification of the data you provide.
6. Retention of Title
6.1 – The goods remain our property until full payment is received. You hereby consent to the registration of title at your residence / domicile in Switzerland.
7.1 – Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the legal warranty regulations apply.

8.1 – The entire content of the website, including text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software, is our property or that of our related companies, licensors or content providers. This content is protected by copyright and other rights. Their use is not permitted without our express permission.

9. Applicable Law
9.1 – The contractual relationship with you is under the remit of all applicable federal laws in Switzerland.
